7 foods that will flatten your tummy

Everybody knows everybody that wants a flatter tummy but very few people actually know what to do about it. Here are seven foods that will help you or your friend achieve the dream of a fit abdomen.
1) Oatmeal
According to ScienceDaily, the soluble finer in oatmeal is known to reduce belly fat by 3.7 percent. Start your day off with oatmeal for breakfast to lose weight and flatten your belly.
2) Natural yoghurt
Individuals who eat a serving of natural yoghurt lose belly fat faster than those who don’t eat yoghurt. As yoghurt is packed with calcium,
3) Dark Chocolate
Monounsaturated fats in dark can actually help rid you of bothersome tummy fat. A small piece dark chocolate will also help fend off major sweet binges.
4) Green tea
Multiple studies show that EGCG and antioxidant in green tea helps boost metabolism and may specifically target abdominal fat.
5) Cucumber
Why? Cucumber is is loaded with water and flushes out unnecessary fat.
6) Eggs
Why? It is a protein source and it keeps the hands out of the cookie jar. Researchers at the Pennington Biomedical Research centre found that when people ate eggs in the morning, they felt less hungry throughout the day than when breakfast consisted of carbohydrates like bagels.
7) Apples
Apples have properties that no other fruit has and makes your belly full, making you think you’ve eaten more than you have.
