Devilled eggs are also known as stuffed eggs, Russian eggs, or dressed eggs, are hard-boiled eggs that have been shelled, cut in half, and filled with a paste made from the egg yolks mixed with other ingredients such as mayonnaise and mustard.

Cook Time: 12 Minutes

Here’s the recipe to follow or delicious devilled eggs.
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Eggs
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- A pinch of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Smoked paprika to garnish.
METHOD:
- Boil the eggs for 12 minutes until they are hard-boiled.
- Crack the shells carefully under running water.
- Slice the eggs in half and carefully remove yolks into a medium bowl. Placing the whites in a serving platter.
- Mash the yolks using a fork; add the mayonnaise and the rest of the ingredients.
- Evenly scoop the yolk mixture into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika and serve.
