President Jonathan Commissions New Naval Ships In Lagos

On Monday, it was reported by e-reporter that the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria – Goodluck Jonathan, would be commissioning four newly acquired naval warships for the Nigerian Navy in line with the ongoing efforts to strengthen the nation’s maritime boundaries and territorial waters.
Today Thursday February 19, the president attended the commissioning of the four ships at the Naval Dockyard in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Naval Director of Information (DINFO), Commodore Kabiru Aliyu, in a statement on Sunday confirmed the recently delivered four warships as NNS CENTENARY, NNS OKPABANA, NNS PROSPERITY and NNS SAGBAMA.
