Genevieve Nnaji Has Been Appointed as Ambassador for Toronto International Film Festival 2020!
It’s amazing news for Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji, who has been announced as a Toronto International Film Festival 2020 (TIFF) ambassador.
Genevieve Nnaji joins others in a 50-person list of filmmakers and actors invited by TIFF to be ambassadors. The list consists of names like Priyanka Chopra, Brie Larson, Olivia Wilde, Carey Mulligan and more. In a statement by TIFF, the ambsaadors will be engaged with audiences via interactive digital experiences. These will include events like dialogue sessions and the TIFF Rising Stars program.
Genevie has been making her mark on the International scene – from her involvement in the Essence House: Hollywood Edition to featuring in movies like “Farming”. She is definitely on her way to acclaimed International fame.

TIFF has opted to engage audiences via digital screening & virtual red carpets due to the pandemic. The festival is schedules to kick off this September 10th – 19th 2020.
