The Green Smoothie

Ingredients
– Almond Milk
– Plain Yoghurt
– Spinach
– Kiwi
– Bananas
How
– First, add the almond milk and the plain yoghurt into a blender to help the mix blend properly.
– Then add your spinach, kiwi and bananas to the almond milk & yoghurt and blend till smooth.
– Pour in a bowl and top up with some banana slices and granola.
The Pineapple & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
– Diced pineapple
– Toasted coconut flakes
– Rolled oats
– Coconut Milk
– Plain Yoghurt
How
– Start by adding the coconut milk and plain yoghurt into a blender first. Then follow with the diced pineapples, the toasted coconut flakes and the rolled oats.
– Cover up and blend until the consistency is smooth.
– Serve in a bowl and top up with some granola, blueberries and toasted coconut flakes.
The Blue & Blackberry Smoothie

– Frozen Blueberries
– Frozen Blackberries
– Almond milk
– Plain yoghurt
How
– Start by adding the almond milk and plain yoghurt into a blender. Follow this with the frozen blueberries & blackberries. You can choose to add some nuts to this for a more filling breakfast.
– Blend until the consistency is really smooth and you’re set to serve.
– You can top this up with some toasted coconut flakes, granola and fresh blueberries.
