– ½ kg minced beef
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1tsp ginger powder
– 1tsp chili flakes
– 1tsp black powder
– 1tsp dried thyme
– 1 egg yolk
– 1tsp salt

– 5 medium tomatoes, chopped
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 medium chilli (adjustable)
– ¼ cup water for blending
– 3tbsp olive oil
– 1 large onion, sliced
– 1 chunk momone (fermented fish)
– ½ tsp salt
– 1 bundle alefo leaves, sliced
– 300g fresh okro
– 300ml water
–  bundle alefo leaves, sliced
