#EachForEqual – A Call beyond Feminism
It’s International Woman’s Day and the theme this year is #EachForEqual. A tag line that is powerful, open, reminding and present.
But going beyond these 3 words, we think of how it connects to you and me.
‘An equal world is an enabled world’ and this benefits everyone. But how do we ensure that our actions, intentions, policies, decisions and perspectives make sure that we all benefit from an equal world where men and women are given a levelled playing field?
It’s not a fight for just the women or just the men, it’s a fight for all. We all bring something unique and potent to the table and ALL deserve the chance to contribute to the earth’s greater good.
So #EachForEqual isn’t a feminist movement, it’s a collective one. Where we all play our part to make sure today isn’t just a hashtag.
Let’s make a conscious decision to ensure we re-frame our world to a more equal one…for everyone involved.
