Journalling
Sisi has reignited her love for journalling. Writing things down is a great way to re-ignite passion, promote self-discovery, boost creativity, releive stress and organize your thoughts. Do this as thoughts come in and as one of the first things in the morning to get your mind working in the right direction.
Get External Motivation
To get your mornings started right you need to be inspired. A great source for this is getting some external motivation. This could come from reading a devotional, listening to an inspirational message or podcast and some positive affirmations.
Let in the Light
One thing that Sisi does that we absolutely love is letting in the light. She opens up her windows to let light in, takes a walk outside and gets some Vitamin D which is extremely good for your health and mental growth.
Take Care of your Chores Early Enough
This is a great step for morning routine for moms. One thing that might prove harder to do nowadays is do everyday chores. Not because of the lack of time, but the motivation to do them. This is why you need to start your chores early when you are most inspired. Reply those mails, cook, clean, do the laundry, knock out what needs to be done earlier in the day so you’re more productive.
Appreciate What’s Around You
Show appreciation. This can mean taking a walk in your garden, breathing slowly and taking stock of what you’re gratefulf or, looking at family photos or spending time with people who make you happy. This time boosts your love for life and increases the positive enrgy around you.
