This Fish Sauce Recipe is Perfect for a Lazy Sunday Morning!

Today, the good Chef is dishing on her delicious fish sauce recipe paired with boiled yam. This sauce can be paired with a number of staples like sweet potatoes, rice, boiled potatoes etc. The choice is yours!
Here’s what you’ll need;
2 Grilled Mackerel fish
1 onion, sliced
1 onion
4 Tomato
2 Bell Peppers
2 habanero
1/4 cup oil
Curry powder
Thyme
2-inch ginger
4 cloves garlic
Chicken stock optional
Green and red bell peppers
Parsely
Directions
- Shred the grilled mackerel fish and set aside.
- Use the food processor to coarsely blend the bell peppers, Tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and onions in a food processor.
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the sliced onions and leave to caramelize for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add the blended peppers and cook for about 20 minutes or till the sauce is reduced.
- Season with salt, seasoning powder, curry, thyme, salt, and seasoning powder.
- Add the shredded fish and add the chicken stock if needed.
- Add the bell peppers.
- Garnish with parsley (optional) serve with boiled yam, rice, couscous, pasta, or bread.
