Taje Prest Opens Up About Her Year of Living with Hyperthyroidism

 

Nigerian media personality, Take Prest has been battling Hyperthyroidism for a year and she’s now sharing her story.

If you don’t know who Taje is, she is a Nigerian media personality who just moved to Los Angeles for acting school. While in Nigeria, she established herself as an actress, host of The Wedding Guest show, model and curvy girl ambassador.

The condition, which is as a result of the thyroid becoming overactive and over-producing the thyroxin hormone, can result in unintentional weight loss and even irregular heartbeat. Taje has been brave, coping with the condition for about a year and now wants to educate us all and share her story. We love how detailed she is and can’t wait to have her back in our entertainment circuit.
