It looks like we are not doing a lot of things that we should do and probably are not sure if we are doing the right. Here are 5 things that you should do to help you live longer.

Healthy Eating

Diet matters a lot. You need to cut back on all the junk that you infuse into your diet- the cakes, chocolates, shawarma, pizza, burger. In its stead, start to eat more of fruits and vegetables which we are so abundantly blessed with and reduce the possibility of getting diseases that could lead to end your life abruptly.

Exercise

Invest in some good running shoes, pay for a gym or just research on some good exercises that keeps you active physically. This is one of the reasons which we organized the tw fitness challenge which is coming to an end this month but we expect the participants to continue to live the fit life. Work is no excuse. You can find a gym around the office and use the facility during your break hours or after work.

Cut back on food, drinks and Cigarettes

Alcohol can cause cirrhosis, which is now the 12th-highest cause of death and ill health in western Europe, fatty liver disease and liver cancer. Quitting smoking can slow disease and increase survival odds even in smokers who have already caused significant damage to their lungs, like those with early lung cancer or COPD. Regular Checkup

A number of us seem to think that we do not need the doctor so long as we feel no pain and even when we do, we tend to practice self medication with the plethora of pharmacies in town. It is important that we visit the clinic as often as is recommended or required to check ourselves of plausible ailments particularly issues like cholesterol levels, blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and the likes. Also, when you feel any form of pain or illnesses, try to deal with it as early as you can to avoid any further complications.
