Chef Fregz Shows Us How to Make Delicious Fish Tacos in “Off the Menu”!

While the whole world slows down, it’s a great time to learn how to make fish tacos.
In this new episode of Accelerate TV’s “Off the Menu”, Soliat Bada teams up with Chef Fregz to make some delicious fish tacos that are Michellin Star worthy. And we’re glad to join in.
First, here are a couple of interesting things we learned about Chef Fregz;
- he does some of the cooking at home (We stan!)
- He’s working on his own restaurant. Yay!
- Bama should really call him because he’s Chef Fregz!
Here are the ingredients we’ll need;
- Snapper Fish
- Tortilla Bread
- Flour
- Fresh Green Peppers
- Mayonnaise
- Honey
- Pineapples
- Fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers
- Chilli
- Parsley
- Seasoning Cubes, Salt, Dry Pepper
- Lemons
