Adesuwa’s Corner: Draw from Within for Women Are Curvaceous Bundles of Power!

Adesuwa Onyenokwe

As we wrap up International Women’s Month, our Editor-in-Chief & Publisher, Adesuwa Onyenokwe, has been featured in today’s Vanguard. Fondly called AO and Aunty in the recently concluded Ultimate Love reality show that saw #Roksie emerge winners, she’s asking you to look inward to draw up the strength to become more.

In her interview with Vanguard, she was asked what a real woman is to her. She said – “Flexible, yet firm; trusting in her God-given abilities to be the best she can be.” And it is on this premise that we implore you to look within.

We are indeed in trying times and it almost seems like everything we know is being put to the test – family, values, money, stability, marriage, spirituality & faith…the list goes on. However, now is not the time to panic and run. Now is the time to look within.

AO describes the woman as “a curvaceous bundle of power, wisdom, and virtue who is wonderfully created by God to birth and complete life…” and this should be the centre of all we do right now. Realize your essence as a bundle of power, wisdom and virtue and use that to push through.
