Buhari’s Eligibility Suit Adjourned

The case contesting the eligibility of the APC presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, to contest for the 2015 elections owing to the authenticity of his secondary school leaving certificate is still in court.
Yesterday, the Federal High Court Judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola, adjourned the case till March 19 to enable the court hear all the applications including those seeking for joinder. According to the report by Channels Television, there are 13 suits instituted against the APC’s presidential candidate, General Buhari, challenging his eligibility to contest in the March 28 presidential election.
