Ask Bukki, a fully integrated project and consultancy agency with a passion for creativity, versatility, and out-of-the-box thinking, is running a 1-Day Project Management Workshop in Lagos, Nigeria this December.
What is the course about?
This program is for anyone looking for an entry point into becoming a project manager, subject matter experts involved in projects, and anyone wanting to be more organized in their work. This intensive, yet interactive, one-day face-to-face training program aims to offer first-hand, practical experience with the fundamentals of project management.
In essence, the program aligns with modern standards for project management. Each attendee will be given the opportunity to participate in practical exercises to put into practice what you’ve learnt during the program. The instructor encourages you to bring your own experience as you’ll be asked to look at a case study scenario to plan and problem-solve a project.
Some core areas of focus are understanding who a project manager is, leadership in projects and identifying the resources required for a project.
