Contrary to popular belief work is not drudgery and definitely not punishment from God! The bible said God created man and gave him dominion over all else! Even after the fall of man and the charge that he shall till the earth in pain, it is still clear that it is through that same work that man can best find his way back to His maker.

True, remuneration is an excellent compensation for work, but isn’t it more true that it is the value that work brings to others that brings the deepest and most fulfilling joy to the doer? Once we realise that, then all work becomes great because of the dignity it confers on the worker, who through his labour, brings glory to God and value to his fellow man.

This is why today I salute all workers out there, including staff of tw who work hard to bring the best self help publication ever, to you our readers who make our work worthwhile.
