It’s not clear what projects she may have been working on, but they won’t be completed now.

Removal of fuel subsidy unacceptable – Sani | Vanguard

Sen. Shehu Sani (APC- Kaduna Central) on Sunday said removal of fuel subsidy was unacceptable because it would lead to untold hardship to the common man. Sani said this in Kaduna during a courtesy visit to former Governor of defunct Kaduna State, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, at his residence.
According to him, I am from a civil rights movement, we struggle against the removal of oil subsidy.
“I remain so, I believe that fuel needs to be subsidised from the very fact that if it is removed, it will lead to untold hardship for the common man.”

Speaking in Beijing, Ms Sturgeon, who is on a trade visit to China and Hong Kong, said gender equality could help transform the global economy.

N300b CBN workers’ pay bailout for 27 states ready | The Nation

There is good news for cash-strapped states.

The N300 billion Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) lifeline, which will enable them pay their workers, will be ready in two weeks.

Of the 36 states, 27 have applied to draw from the cash relief packaged by President Muhammadu Buhari through the apex bank.

The CBN facility is one of the three-pronged reliefs designed by the Federal Government to help financially troubled states.
