Today, we shine a light on Jobberman’s new Chief Executive Officer, Rolake Rosiji!

Rolake Rosiji

Rolake…

has been recently announced as the new CEO of leading job portal and career platforms, Jobberman. However, she has been making waves long before then.

Born in Lagos, Nigeria before moving to the UK at the age of 10, she started her career in Management Consulting in the UK before moving back to Nigeria in 2015. Here, she started to climb up the corporate ladder. She’s worked with Arla Food as the Head of Strategy & Business Development for Africa which then took her to Denmark and New York. Coming back to Nigeria she worked with asset financing platform, M-Kopa Solar, and now has joined the Jobberman team as CEO.

Upon her announcement as CEO, Jobberman said –

Rolake’s appointment is a clear reflection of the company’s current state: ready to take on the future and fired up after another strong year of growth and successful customer stories. Jobberman Nigeria is growing into a dynamic organization and Rolake’s diverse background is just what the company needs. She holds vast knowledge in strategic and operational management; a proven track record of business expansion projects, digital & technical transformation and executing strategic partnerships.

Rolake joins Jobberman Nigeria with a decade of global experience in strategic leadership and operational excellence. Most recently, She led the technology and sales operations for financed smartphones and solar power sets at M-KOPA, a fintech company that pioneered ‘Pay As You Go’ solar power sets. Prior to that, she was head of the strategy & business development for Arla Foods Africa, where she developed distribution and joint venture partnerships across Africa to rapidly scale up sales in Africa.

There are enormous opportunities for Jobberman Nigeria in the coming years and we couldn’t be happier with Rolake joining our family and helping us and our customers achieve continued success.
