Here’s how to make almond milk from the comfort of your home. Why? Because this healthy lifestyle isn’t going to live itself.

Today, we tag along with Tosin of Healthy Living with Tosin as she shows us how to make almond milk at home. The recipe is pretty easy…so easy that we’re wondering why we’re just learning about it.

Here’s what you need;

  1. A bottle of water
  2. A High-speed blender
  3. Cinnamon (for preservation)
  4. Almonds (Soaked almonds that have been resting in water for some time)
  5. A glass bottle
  6. A sieve
How to Make Almond Milk

How;

Step 1: Pour a bottle of water in the blender. Add your almonds and a little cinnamon.
Step 2: Blend until the almonds are as smooth as possible. Pour the content into the sieve held over a bowl. And that’s your milk.
Step 3: Pour the milk into a glass bottle. Tosin suggests a glass bottle because this preserves the milk better compared to plastic.
