HOW TO MAKE FROZEN YOGURT POPS

On a hot sunny day like this, all you really need is frozen yogurt!
We all know how hot it has been over the past couple of days. Well, we have a healthy treat you can try and it is called a frozen yogurt pop. Frozen yogurt pops are great for everyone.
Children are not left out on the excitement, after playtime, you can introduce them to the yummy goodness that frozen yogurt pops bring, It will be sure to put a smile on their sweet, hot faces but cool them down at the same time.
We absolutely love how easy Frozen Yogurt Pops are to make. To prepare you will need the following:

- 1 cup – yogurt, plain or sweetened
- 1 medium – banana or any fruit of your choice
- 1 cup – mixed berries, frozen
- 1/8 cup – honey
- paper cups or cupcake holder paper
- craft stick
Directions
- In a blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Divide mixture among 6 (5-oz) paper cups. Cover cups with foil; insert craft stick into center of each pop.
- Freeze about 6 hours or until frozen.
- Alternatively, you can cut-up fresh fruit such as blueberries, bananas, cherries, grapes, papaya, peaches, oranges or raspberries just to spice it up.
- Now you can enjoy this frozen goodness after all, frozen yogurt pops make the world go round!
