PREPARATION

  • In a blender, combine all green pepper and onion for 20 seconds, place in a pot and boil for 15 minutes. (note that boil it the pepper mixture is an unnecessary step because the same results can be achieved with or without boiling the pepper)
  • Heat up a pot and add palm oil. Allow it bleach for 2 minutes just until the oil changes to a lighter color. (note that it would get smoky so it is better to put on a heat extractor if any or leave the windows and doors open until the smoke is gone)
  • Add chopped onions fry until it is golden brown and pour already blended or cooked pepper and allow to cook for 15 minutes
  • Add assorted meat, iru, crayfish, Maggi cubes and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Then add peeled hard-boiled eggs.

Your Designer stew is ready and it can be served with any rice of your choice, boiled yams, potatoes or plantains.
