Fashion: The High Powered, Globe Trotting, Female Executive
I think we can all agree that the trick to being a successful woman lies in the art of juggling. Home, work, parents, children, gym, social engagements —today’s woman keeps all these balls in the air while looking cool as a cucumber.
There is yet another breed of woman, however, whom I find completely awe-inspiring. She is a captain of industry, a force to be reckoned with, a real power-house. Her job of course is multinational, so when she is not holding court in the board room, her other natural habitat is the airport where she can be found pouring over status reports in the first class lounge, or striding towards the private jet hangar on her way to meetings all over the world.
I can only imagine the sacrifices she has made to attain her position in life and my respect for her is multiplied by her ultra-feminine corporate attire. To all the high-flyers who recognise yourselves in our fashion spread—we salute you!
