First Women Network Photo-splash

On March 9, 2019, First Bank Nigeria, launched the First Women Network, to mark the International Women’s Day 2019.

It’s an initiative that seeks to address the gender gap and increase the participation of women at senior and executive levels, in order to tap into the opportunities present by enabling our women contribute more.

The six pillars on which the network stands are:

1. Career Management

2. Networking

3. Personal Branding

4. Mentoring & Sponsorship

5. Welfare & Support

6. Financial Planning & Empowerment

Female members of staff and non-staff were celebrated, and treated to a performance from HearWord. Below are some of the pictures from the event.
